Responsibilities:
* Being the customers' first point of telephone contact with HSBC Bank
* Processing financial documents and entering the data into the HSBC system
* Provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by responding to a diverse range of customer telephone inquiries

Requirements:
* Possess a Diploma in any discipline
* Certificate holders with at least 2 years experience
* STPM/A level holders with at least 2 years experience
* SPM/O level holders with at least 3 years experience
* Experience in Finance would be an advantage
* Possess good command of oral and written English
* Excellent interpersonal skill
* Have good telephone etiquette with excellent listening skills
* Target driven and a team player
* Able to multi-task and work under pressure
* Must be PC literate
* Willing to work in Cyberjaya (transportation is provided)
* Willing to work non-standard working hours (eg. 3pm-12am or 9am-6pm)
